I've spent over 25 years teaching across London's primary schools — 15 years in the independent sector and 10 years in the state sector, working with children from Reception right through to Year 6 across a wide range of abilities and needs.
In the independent sector I prepared children for KS1 and KS2 SATs and 11+ exams, giving me a deep understanding of what these assessments demand and how to prepare children for them thoroughly and confidently.
In state schools I worked with children across a wide range of needs — planning and differentiating lessons so that every child, regardless of their starting point, reached their full potential.
Every child I work with is different. Some need to slow down and build confidence; others need stretching and a new challenge. My lessons are planned around your child — their strengths, their gaps, and what makes them tick — in a calm, encouraging space where it's safe to get things wrong on the way to getting them right.
